| Item dispatched | This status means that the package has been sent by the local branch to the Parcel Hub, where it will be further processed to be delivered. |
| Consignment dispatched from transit office | This status means that the package has left the Parcel Hub and is now en route to the delivery facility. |
| Item arrived at a delivery facility | This status means that the package has now reached the delivery facility. The delivery facility is the last hub, after which the package is sent to the recipient. |
| Out for delivery | This status means that the package is currently out on the delivery rounds and will be attempted to be delivered within the day. |
| Item to be collected at X location | This status can show up if delivery is unsuccessful. It means that your package can be collected at one of the branches of Pos Laju in a specific location (which will be mentioned in the status). |
| Item delivered | This status will show up once the package has been successfully delivered to the intended recipient. |
| Delivery unsuccessful/failed | This status will show up if the package was, for some reason, not able to be delivered. it can show up if the address on the package was incorrect or nonexistent, or if the person intended to receive the parcel was not available. |
